Reesha Dunckel

President, Founder

Reesha’s retail career spans two decades and includes experience at the store manager and multi-unit manager level of Fortune 500 companies. Her expertise includes store operations, employee engagement, training, recruiting, and customer service. Reesha has continually been able to help companies improve their retail operations.

Reesha holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration, with an emphasis in service sector management, from Cal State University at San Marcos. While at CSUSM, she earned Project of Distinction.
